They will be more than happy to accept product back from Kiss & Tell Preferred Customers, exchange your product if it is damaged or defective, or refund you for your product purchase if you are dissatisfied. All returns or exchanges must be received within 90 days from the date of purchase. You must return the unused portion of the products at your cost to receive an exchange or refund.
